MarketTrade only collects personal information from its users when you specifically and knowingly provide it to us by activities including registration, email, property listing or request for proposal. Your personal information as provided by you to us will be forwarded to the respective seller and or investor in response to a request for proposal. This information may be used by MarketTrade without limitation to conduct research and development to improve our infrastructure, offerings and services. The information may in addition be used by our sponsors to target advertising, to detect spam, malware and other malicious links or content and for abuse protection or as further described below.

In gathering or reviewing the information you give to us, we may decide to use third-party analytics providers, software or other related technologies, including cookies and similar web-based tools, to assist in collecting this information. Once we are able to acquire and analyze the information that we receive from all of our users, we may subsequently decide to formulate various statistical models about how you use MarketTrade, which will help us enhance the next version of our various Applications, and help us provide you with tailored content and advertising that you want to see, while filtering out anything that you may not be interested in. (c) MarketTrade may share information about our visitors, members, or former members or users with a named Financial service provider acting as sole sponsor and engaged in banking, mortgage lending, consumer finance, securities, and insurance. This sponsor is specifically prohibited from gathering or utilising your information for any purpose beyond the provision of financial and related services or from further distributing your information to third parties whether related or not. The relevant sections of the sponsorship agreement will be included in this privacy statement as soon as such agreement is concluded.


MarketTrade will send you e-mail communications from time to time, which may include industry and sponsor news updates as well as MarketTrade product, service and or policy updates.
